The room was big and fancy, and it had a fridge. I was here for 5 nights. It was great to have a shower, a hairdryer, and free toiletries included. 🛁

This place is clean with really friendly staff, providing excellent service and spacious rooms with a fridge, offering a good selection for breakfast.

A wide array of awesome options for meal. Exceptionally comfortable beds, climate control and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in the room. Location close enough to the island, a non tourist area and 7/11 and cafeteria👌

Our room was beautiful and equipped with good WiFi and tea. Everywhere was clean. - the location was good and strategic for our stay, within a 20-minute walk of Kinex Shopping Mall.

I was asked for id, and I felt that it was disturbing.

The Staff is really nice and helpful .. the room is very clean even though there was some painting work in process but they were so professional not to make any troubles or disturbance .. and the location beside the bus station and train station was such a great experience to discover Singapore using their public transportations .. they deserve more than one star

Talking about the family room, it wasn't really the same I saw in the photo provided!! Actually it was the double room with extra bed!! We had a hard time to fit ourselves walking in ~50cm aisle in front of each bed ..

I had a quick stay at Hotel 81 Kovan and found it to be a good choice. The location was convenient, just 900m from Kovan station or a $20 taxi ride from the airport. The room, although basic, had everything I needed for a night or two. Despite the initial wait at check-in, the staff were eventually helpful and accommodating. The hotel is situated above a hawker food hall, perfect for a cheap eat, and a 7-11 is conveniently located next door. The bus stop nearby provided easy access to transportation. Despite some minor drawbacks like noise and the lack of a safe in the room, the free wifi made up for it. I would recommend Hotel 81 Kovan for a quick stay.

Not well located I found the hotel had a very bad odour attached to it both outside before u walked into the building and again inside. Did not find value for money and will not recommend.Prior to arrival I spent 10days in Bangkok in a 3 star rated hotel at a much cheaper cost and excellent conditions.

Nothing - Bathroom too small - mattress uncomfortable (because of the vinyl) suggest u provide separate packs of coffee,sugar and milk. Wardrobe would be nice.too supplied with coat hangers.

Hotel staff were not friendly or helpful - there was not taxi stand nearby, and when we asked the desk to call a taxi - they were more concerned with collecting money for the call that getting a taxi. Also - stat Wi-Fi - but no Wi-Fi available.

Its a good value for money.
